Rowell Brokaw Architects
Local, award-winning architects John Rowell and Greg Brokaw have infused Crescent Village with a distinctly northwest flavor. The firm has designed both the Town Center buildings and the single-family homes at Crescent Village.

Oregon Estates, LLC
Eugene based residential building firm Oregon Estates has partnered with Arlie & Company to bring the single-family homes at Crescent Village to fruition.

Ruhoff Construction
Also partnering with Arlie & Company to build the single family homes at Crescent Village is Ruhoff Construction, a residential builder that has been constructing homes in Lane County since 1998.

CHAMBERS
The general contractor of Crescent Village, Chambers Construction is one of Oregon’s most respected builders and has been a fixture in the Pacific Northwest since 1955. The firm has built a number of significant local buildings, including the UofO’s Moshofsky Center, and is a leader in sustainable construction methods.

FFA
An architectural firm best known for the design of award winning Orenco Station, a higher-density development on the west side of the Portland Metro area, FFA developed the initial design concept for Crescent Village.

HSC
Regionally-based HSC Real Estate, Inc. manages the Crescent Village Apartments, providing to our residents the excellent service that has made the firm the leading multi-family property management company in the Western United States.
