The Inkwell Office Building

The Inkwell is a mixed–use office and retail building located in the heart of Crescent Village’s Town Center. It will be the first LEED certified speculative office building in Lane County. This building provides excellent value for companies that believe that green construction and an efficient and healthy environment is important for their employees, their clients,their brand and their financial wellbeing

The five story building comprises 26,000 sq. ft. of highly functional office space and 7,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail space. There is currently 9,000 square feet (divisible to 1,200 square feet) of office space remaining for lease in the building.
