Grocery Store and Restaurant Pads Available for Sale

EUGENE, Oregon - In its ongoing progress toward completion, Crescent Village has pads ready for a grocery store, restaurants, and mixed-use buildings in its town center. The lots are now permit-ready, and the Planned Unit Development (PUD) has been approved by the City of Eugene.

These commercial-core lots have been platted and are available for sale. Because of the PUD approval, the site can now accommodate an upscale grocery as well as two free-standing restaurants.

"We’re excited to bring the national urban concept to Eugene, and to invite businesses to be at the forefront of such a marvelous opportunity," says Lynn Jolly, Marketing Director for Arlie & Company.

At present, there are no full-service grocery stores or sit-down restaurants close to the site.

"It would be great to have a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance," says area resident Stephen King. "Everyone in the neighborhood looks forward to the day we can walk to where we shop and go out to eat."

Arlie & Company is developing Crescent Village with a commitment to meticulous planning, environmental stewardship, creative partnerships, integrity, and attention to detail.
